Beginning April 1, 2024, a non-refundable 3% convenience fee will be charged per total credit card or debit transaction. This is a city wide fee that was approved to be implemented for recreational activities at the March 20, 2024 City Council meeting.

When paying with a credit/debit card, do not refresh your browser, click back, or close your screen until you receive a receipt from Civic Rec. On a mobile device, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information and click "Submit Payment". On the next screen, you must click "Complete Transaction" to finalize your purchase. if you do not receive a receipt from Civic Rec, please email us with your contact information and what you purchased at [email protected].
