As part of the re-opening process, the Department will be transitioning from having paper emergency cards on file at Community Centers to having paperless emergency cards through our CivicRec registration system. All current CivicRec accounts will be prompted to have at least one emergency contact listed on their account and to note any allergies or medications staff should be aware of. You will not be able to register for your favorite programming, such as our aquatics classes, until this information has been updated on your account. If your emergency contact does not have an email address, please input the email address that is linked to your account. Should you have any questions regarding your account or need any assistance, please contact the Recreation & Community Services Department at (909) 395-2020. Staff will be available to assist Monday – Thursday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 PM – 4:30 PM.
