Classes: A full refund will be issued for requests received at least two business days prior to the first class date. Subsequently, a 50% refund will be issued for requests received before the second class date. No refunds thereafter. Class transfers follow the same guidelines.
Camps: A full refund will be issued for requests received at least one week prior to the camp start date. Subsequently, a 50% refund will be issued for requests received by noon on the Friday before camp starts. No refunds thereafter. Camp transfers follow the same guidelines.
Adventure Activities: A full refund will be issued for requests received at least two weeks prior to the scheduled activity date. No refunds thereafter. Adventure Activity transfers follow the same guidelines.
Recreation Center Memberships: A full refund will be issued for requests received within one week of purchase. No refunds thereafter. Membership changes follow the same guidelines.
Athletic Leagues: No refund will be issued except under special circumstances as approved by the department. For special requests, please email us or call (770) 781-2215.
Facility Rentals: For community buildings, pavilions and recreation center facilities, a full refund will be issued for requests received at least two business days prior to the rental date (unless the rental fee is $300 or more in which a $100 non-refundable fee will apply). No refunds thereafter. For all other rental types, please check the rental agreement. Reservation changes follow the same guidelines.
