A 10% administrative fee will be added to all refunds effective April 1, 2022

Class: A refund will be issued for requests received at least 10 full business days prior to the first class date. Subsequently, a 50% refund will be issued for requests received at least 5 full business days before the start of class. No refunds thereafter.

Camp: A refund will be issued for requests received at least 10 full business days prior to the camp start date. Subsequently, a 50% refund will be issued for requests received at least 5 full business days before the start of camp. No refunds thereafter.

Recreation Center Pass: A refund or upgrade will be issued for requests received within 10 full business days of purchase. No refunds thereafter.

Athletic League: No refund will be issued except under special circumstances as approved by the department. For special requests, please email [email protected]

Facility Rental: For community buildings, pavilions, and recreation center facilities, a refund will be issued for requests received at least 10 full business days prior to the rental date. No refunds thereafter. All rentals over $300 are subject to a $100 non-refundable fee at the time of refund.For all other rental types, please check the rental agreement.
