***Disclaimer: Please be advised once your reservation has been processed, a notification will be sent over to an administrative staff member for review and approval. Once you have received an APPROVED notification, FULL payment will have to be processed within 72 hours of the approved notification. Payment can be processed online through your CivcRec account, or in person at the administrative office located at 5565 Stonewall Tell Rd, College Park 30349.
***Please be advised, if your event is scheduled anytime after business hours (closed hours), your balance will include a $30.00 per hour staffing fee.
Disclaimer** Your reserved time includes your SET UP & CLEAN UP time. Anytime prior to or after your reserved time, additional fees will be charged for room per hour and staff fee of $30.00 per hour that is charged at a minimum of two (2) hours. Staff is not obligated to stay after reserved time. CHANGES IN RESERVATION TIMES ARE ONLY TO BE DONE PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE, NOT THE DAY OF.
Also, you must complete the Rental check-in / check-out form with staff. Failure to do so may result in a non-refundable deposit.
If you are reserving a parks facility, you acknowledge that alcohol use is strictly prohibited by law. You also acknowledge that boilers, deep fryers are NOT permitted (INSIDE), trains, dunk tanks, water slides, and animals are prohibited in the parks. *
