If you are creating a new user account, you must prove residency to receive Resident rates. Please email proof of residency to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Drivers License, State ID, current utility bill, or mortgage or lease documents are all acceptable.) You will receive an email when your account has been switched to Resident status. Emailed Residency ID is verified during Administration Center regular business hours only. Residency can also be proven at the Oaks Recreation & Fitness Center. Refunds of non-resident fees paid are not retroactive.
