Activity Refund Information
All refunds will be assessed a 20% administrative fee and must be requested at least two weeks before the start of the program or class.
Full refunds are given only when a program or reservation is canceled by the Parks & Recreation Department.
Under the discretion of the Parks & Recreation Director partial refund will be considered if cancellation is due to injury or serious illness.
