MANCHESTER RESIDENTS:
Please do not type in Manchester as your city- it pulls your residency from your street address- please include only the suffix on your street address (Ln, Dr, Blvd...) as it is on your tax records.. Clear out the city and only type in your zip code and hit Tab or next, it will probably come up Ballwin, that is correct and it will flag you properly.
