IMPORTANT NOTICE | ACCOUNT UPDATE REQUIRED

Due to a problem in CivicRec, your account may need updating. CivicRec is the software Solon Center for the Arts, Solon Recreation Department and Solon Senior Center uses for program registration and Community Center Memberships. Recently, an update to the system has caused issues with a number of accounts. To ensure your account is correct, please follow the steps below:
Steps to Update Your Account:
1) Log into your account at https://secure.rec1.com/OH/solon-oh/catalog Note, this is an updated sign-in page and may look different. CivicRec is a part of the CivicPlus company.
2) Verify and update your family members information. Ensure that everyone in your family has the correct name assigned to them and update as needed. Children should NOT have usernames assigned to them.

Due to a recent update in the City of Solon's credit card processing system, all previously saved credit card information is no longer accessible. We kindly request that you log into your account and update your credit card information to facilitate any future registrations. (1) Log in to your account. (2) If you're not on a computer, you must click the menu button in the top left corner to access the DESKTOP VERSION. (3) Click on the ACCOUNT button. (4) Click MANAGE PAYMENT ACCOUNTS from the menu on the right hand side. (5) Click the green box that say + ADD CARD ON FILE to enter your credit card information.
