Payments made by CASH (exact change), MONEY ORDER or PERSONAL CHECK (with valid ID) are refunded within 16 business days via a check from the City of Rock Hill.  Refund checks are typically processed within 16 business days of the request.  Refunds are issued to the registered adult account holder and mailed to the address on the account.  Please verify the address on the account prior to requesting a refund.

Payments made by CREDIT CARD are refundable to the credit card used if processed within 90 days of a transaction and typically refunded within 5 business days.  All refunds processed beyond 90 days of a transaction will be made by a check from the City of Rock Hill.  Refund checks are typically processed within 16 business days of the request.  Refunds are issued to the registered adult account holder and mailed to the address on the account.  Please verify the address on the account prior to requesting a refund.

Convenience fees for on-line (e-commerce) transactions are not refundable.
