In consideration of the registrant being granted permission to enroll and participate in this program, I hereby release and hold harmless the County of Frederick, its employees, officers, agents, and volunteers, the Board of Supervisors of Frederick County, its employees, officers, agents, and volunteers, and the School Board of Frederick County, its employees, officers, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses from any harm, injury, damage, suit or loss which may be sustained by the above person as a result of, or relating to, participation in this program.
