City of Fillmore Parks & Recreation Online Catalog

RENTER(s) and/or PARTICIPANT(s) hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Fillmore, Veterans Memorial District, it’s Council Members, Officers, Agents, Employees, and Volunteers from and against any and all expenses and costs (including attorney fees) and loss of any sort for personal injury (including death) and property damage that may arise during or be caused in any way by such use, operation, condition of premises by the applicant, applicant’s members or applicant’s agents or employees whether such employment be direct or indirect, or their invitee. RENTER(s) and/or PARTICIPANT(s) further agrees to fully comply with the City of Fillmore and Veterans Memorial District rules and regulations for the City Parks and their facilities. 

Fees: All rental fees are due at least two weeks before event. Payments will only be accepted on business days. Please note that City Hall is closed every other Friday (see website or front window for hours). Failure to pay by this deadline may result in the hold or cancellation of your event without refunds. Failure to pay all fees by deadline may also result a deduction from your deposit.  A deferred payment plan is available to local non-profit youth sport and recreation teams upon execution of an agreement approved by the city manager. If deferred fees are not paid by the due date, this option will not be made available for the upcoming season for that group.
