To the fullest extent permitted by laws, the undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of the participant(s) identified in this Registration Form, hereby releases and discharges the City of Gilroy and the City of Gilroy's officers, council members, representatives, agents and employees (collectively the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, judgments, losses, liabilities, damages, fees, costs and expenses, including without limitation attorneys' fees, (collectively, the "Claims and Liabilities") now existing or hereafter arising with respect to activities the participant(s) will be participation in (whether known, or unknown, suspected or unsuspected), including without limitation Claims and Liabilities relating to property damage, injury to persons and death, except to the extent such Claims and Liabilities result from the negligent acts or omissions, or the willful misconduct of the Released Parties.  I have informed myself about the activities the participant(s) will be participating in and on behalf of myself and the participants identified in this Registration Form I assume all risks for any and all property damage, injuries to persons or death that may occur with respect to such activities.

INDEMNIFICATION, DEFENSE AND HOLD HARMLESS: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of the participant(s) identified in this Registration Form, agrees to indemnify, defend with counsel reasonably acceptable to the City of Gilroy and hold harmless the City of Gilroy and the City of Gilroy's officers, council members, representatives, agents, and employees (collectively the "Indemnified Parties"), from and against any and all Claims and Liabilities arising with respect to activities the participant(s) will be participating in, including without limitation Claims and Liabilities relating to property damage, injury to persons and death, except to the extent such Claims and Liabilities result from the negligent acts or omissions, or the willful misconduct of the Indemnified Parties.
