Refunds and Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- A group may cancel their reservation three (3) weeks prior to the event with a full refund less $30 for administration fees.
- A cancellation fee based upon 50% will be made if a group cancels their reservation within two (2) weeks prior to the event, and will not receive any items that were already purchased.
- In the event the permit holder fails to appear for the scheduled use or cancels with seven (7) days or less notice before event, no refunds of fees will be given or receive any items that were already purchased.
- A full refund or new reservation will be given due to cancellation caused by the PAC or due to inclement weather. The PAC is open despite wind and rain, but will close if there is lightening.

- If a refund is deemed appropriate, they will be mailed out two (2) to four (4) weeks after the event.

1. Cancellation Policy for the Assembly Rooms
a. A group may cancel their reservation thirty (30) calendar days prior to the reservation, with a refund
less a $30.00 administration fee.
b. A cancellation fee based upon 50% of all fees will be assessed if cancellation is made after 30 days.
c. In the event the permittee fails to appear for the scheduled use or cancels with less than 5 business
days‟ notice, no refunds of fees will be given.
d. A full refund or new reservation will be given due to cancellation caused by the City of Patterson.
2. Refund of Damage Deposits
a. Damage deposits shall be refunded if proper cleanup is completed and no breakage or damage has
occurred. This determination will be made by the Center staff.
b. The user shall be required to pay the full cost of breakage or damage (over and above the deposited
funds), regardless of the amount. If damage occurs and it is less than the deposit, the difference shall
be refunded.
c. Refunds will be mailed two (2) to four (4) weeks after the event.
d. Revocation for Violation - Reservations may be cancelled OR DEPOSIT MAY BE HELD at any time
by the Recreation & Community Services Department if there has been a violation of applicable rules
or conditions of the facility use permit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any requested cancellations or changes made to the Facility Use Permit must be submitted in writing to the Recreation Department.
• Practices/Games: Cancellations made a minimum of 10 days prior to the practice or game will receive a full credit of rental fees. Any cancellations requested less than 10 days in advance will not receive any credit of fees.
• Tournaments & Camps/Clinics: Cancellations made a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the tournament/camp/clinic will receive a full credit of rental fees. Any cancellations requested less than 30 business days in advance will not receive any credit of fees.
If an event is cancelled after it has started due to rain or inclement weather conditions, such as high temperatures or weather that impairs vison, the base rental fee will be pro-rated to the percentage of games played, less 10% of the whole (e.g., if 70% of games were played, 60% of fee base would apply). All maintenance and light charges will apply for the time period that the fields were in use. Credits/refunds will not be issued for unused hours that were not caused by rainouts or inclement weather.
