PLEASE NOTE:

Athletic fields must be reserved 48 hours prior to use.  Saturday and Sunday reservations must be made by 5 PM on Wednesday.

**This is to give adequate time to schedule staff to prepare fields, unlock and lock gates, and turn on and off lights, etc.**

Picnic shelters can be reserved at any time online or during normal business hours. 

However, if there is set up required by City staff the 48-hour rule applies.
