Most data CivicRec collects is used only to help CivicRec - and our organizational clients - better serve its users.  Our general policy is to collect and store only personal information that our members and visitors knowingly provide. From CivicRec Users and Registrants of our Organizational Clients (defined above).  To access participant-only resources and personalization features on the CivicRec Web site, participants and other users are asked to register and provide some limited information.  These data are submitted voluntarily.  The data requested by CivicRec is identified in the next section.  CivicRec only uses this information to enhance its products and distribute them to its participants.
