These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Anamosa Parks and Recreation, including our programs, facility rentals, and memberships. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. 

1. Acceptance of Terms
   • By registering for our participating in any program, membership, or service offered by Anamosa Parks and Recreation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please contact (319) 462-6181.
2. Registration and Payment
   • You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. 
   • All fees for programs, memberships, and facility rentals must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. 
   • Your registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received. 
3. Cancellations and Refunds
   • Our cancellation and refund policies are outlines separately and apply to all registrations. Please review our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for more details. 
4. Code of Conduct
   • All participants are expected to adhere to the following guidelines while attending out programs and using out facilities:
     • Respect the staff, volunteers, other participants, and the facilities
5. Facility Use
   • Facility rentals are subject to availability and must comply with all terms set forth at the time of booking.
   • Any damage to facilities caused during your rental period may result in additional charges. 
   • You are responsible for cleaning up the rented space after use, ensuring it is returned to the condition it was in prior to your event. 
6. Liability Waiver
   • By participating in any program, membership, or event, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in physical activities, and you agree to waive any claims against Anamosa Parks and Recreation and the City of Anamosa for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in our programs or use of our facilities. 
7. Data Collection and Privacy
   • We collect personal information for the purposes of managing registrations, communicating updates, and processing payments. For more information on how your data is used and protected, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 
8. Termination of Service
   • We reserve the right to terminate your participation in any program or service at our discretion if these terms are violated. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to pay fees, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of facilities. 
9. Change to Terms
   • Anamosa Parks and Recreation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posed on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of new terms.
