Park Building Rentals: Rentals are a first come, first serve basis.  Cancellations, including a transfer of date or building and refunds require a notice of 14-days prior to rental date. Transfer of dates or buildings and cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee. When a change is made to a building with a lesser fee, no credit will be granted. When a change is made to a building with higher fees, the additional fee is required.

Veterans Memorial Coliseum Building Rentals: Veterans Memorial Coliseum refunds require a notice 30-days prior to rental date. Transfer of dates and cancellations are subject to processing fees.
