Terms & Conditions
Applicant must be 21 years old. Applicant must reside within Carbondale City limits to receive in-district pricing. Applicant must be on premises for the duration of the event and assume responsibility for any damages caused by event guests, clean up following the event, and enforce all City of Carbondale Policies, Procedures, and Ordinances during the event. The applicant is responsible for obtaining all required permits.
Pursuant to the Carbondale Revised Code 2-5-5, alcoholic liquor is not permitted on the premises. Unless, Community Oriented Event or Fair Day application has been approved by Council.
Vehicles are not allowed past the parking areas. Do not drive into the park. Any ruts or damage caused by vehicular traffic during the vent will be the responsibility of the Applicant.
The park closes at 11 p.m. Music must end at 10 p.m.
Premises must be cleaned and vacated as scheduled
Inflatables are not permitted on City Park grounds
Walks/Runs/Festivals require a permit through the Mayor's Office
Required permits are the responsibility of the Applicant
Applicant shall pay for any damage to property or equipment resulting from the activities or use of the contracted property
Applicant agrees that every member connected with Lessee's use of contracted property shall abide by all parking signs, regulation and laws of the City of Carbondale. Failure to follow these rules may result in ticketing or towing of the vehicle
