The CivicREC tool is not sending email receipts right now. ANNUAl PASS USERS: MAKE SURE YOU WRITE DOWN YOUR RECEIPT# (it is your PIN). DAY PASS USERS: Your PIN is not the receipt#. It is located on the receipt between the date and the price. Write it down. YOU CAN ALSO FIND YOUR RECEIPTS UNDER ACCOUNT / TRANSACTION HISTORY in the desktop version of CivicREC.
