Refund Policy Complete refunds will be given if the Center for Active Living cancels the program. If we cancel/change a program, we will refund or credit you 100% of the program fees. If you need to cancel a program, you must notify us by the program's deadline date listed in The Scoop. After this time, you may receive a full refund if a replacement can be found (wait list has priority) or there is a medical/family emergency that suddenly arises and you notify the Center. All canceled programs will be rescheduled if possible. All persons participating in the Center for Active Living sponsored programs and activities do so at their own risk and without recourse to the Town of York, its agents, officers or employees.
