An additional $150 deposit is collected at the time of booking for events planning to have alcohol. This is returned along with the building deposit after inspection of the building. If you do not pay the alcohol deposit at booking and evidence of alcohol containers are found inside, the $150 will be deducted from your building deposit refund.

Deposits are required for all facility rentals. After your rental, and upon inspection of the building, the damage deposit will be refunded less any damage and/or late charges. The renter will be held responsible and billed for any unnecessary clean-up, losses, or damages above and beyond your deposit as well as be subject to loss of rental privileges. All refunds from the City of North St. Paul are paid by a check, made payable to the applicant on the reservation, and mailed to the address on the account. Refunds will be received within four weeks of your rental.
