TERMS & CONDITIONS: TO PERMIT HOLDERS: This is your permit to use the facility/facilities that you have reserved. Keep this permit with you to present upon request. If someone is occupying the space you reserved, present this permit and ask that they vacate the area. If they refuse to leave, contact Parkville Police at (816) 741-4454 or (816) 858-3521 to have an officer dispatched. NO REFUNDS or transfers will be issued if you change your mind, inclement weather, or other acts of nature. Refunds are only issued if the City closes the park.
English Landing Park is a pedestrian only park. No vehicle access or parking is allowed in English Landing Park. No parking on grass. Law strictly enforced – $75.00 MINIMUM FINE. Public parking is located at the entrance to English Landing Park and the downtown public parking lot.
You must clean up the area inside and around your reserved shelter before leaving, including throwing away trash and cleaning picnic tables. Be sure to leave the area in good condition for the next user
