PAVILION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

THE LEADER/RESPONSIBLE PARTY AGREES TO COMPLY WITH ALL PARK RULES AND ORDINANCES AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXCESSIVE CLEANUP OR DAMAGES.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
• All beverages must be in cans, plastic bottles, or cartons. No glass bottles.
• All pets must be leashed.
• Inflatable rides/games are not permitted without a certificate of liability from renting agent.
• No parking or riding on the grass is permitted.
• No unlicensed vehicles are permitted on premises.
• Your reservation provides for a full day rental.
• Park hours are 8 am until dusk.
• Parking may be limited due to other rentals and special events.
• You must be at least 25 years old to rent a pavilion.
• You are responsible for clean up after your event.
• If the pavilion is not cleaned up, or if there is damage to the pavilion, your credit card will be charged to cover all labor and materials.
• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

BANQUET HALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• You must be 25 to rent the Banquet Hall
• NO alcohol permitted during normal business hours
• NO personal tables or chairs may be brought into the banquet hall
• Cancellation Fee: 75% forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days prior to event
• 100% of the deposit will be refunded if another event is booked on that date
• Political events (Meet the Candidate, rally, political signs, etc.) are not permitted
• The Banquet Hall can be booked 13 months in advance.
• All rentals require a staff member or Recreation Assistant to be present.
• Resident Discount: 25% (with proof of residency, cannot be stacked with rate-approved groups).
• Employee Discount: 25%
• 25% Discount Rate-Approved Groups:
- Plum Community Center
- Plum Library
- Plum First Responders (EMS & VFDs)
- Plum Boro Athletic Groups
- Plum Chamber of Commerce
- Plum Rotary
- Plum Boro Churches

GYMNASIUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• All reservations must be made online.
• You must be 25 to rent the gymnasium.
• NO alcohol permitted.
• Non-recurring rental fees must be paid in full at time of reservation.
• Ongoing rentals must pay the first month’s rental payment and subsequent charges on the first of every month.
• Full refund only if the Boro must close the facility for any reason.
• Cancellation Fee: 100% of payment forfeited.
• Political events (Meet the Candidate, rally, political signs, etc.) are not permitted.
• The gymnasium can be rented 13 months in advance.
• All rentals require a staff member or Recreation Assistant to be present.
• Athletic groups are required to provide a certificate of insurance, naming the Boro as additional insured.
• Private renters or those participating in open gym time will need to sign a waiver and release of liability form, provided by the Boro.
• Resident Discount: 25% (with proof of residency, cannot be stacked with rate-approved groups).
