ANNUAL PASS
_____ Non-Refundable. For those individuals choosing to purchase an annual pass by paying upfront for one year, the pass is non-refundable.
_____ Annual Pass Transfers: Individual or family annual pass holders may transfer pass to another individual or family. If the individual or family receiving the annual pass is a non-resident of the City of Keller, they will be required to pay the difference between the resident annual pass fee and the non-resident annual pass fee. If a non-resident annual pass holder is transferring their annual pass to a resident of the City of Keller, there is no refund for the price difference.
_____ 30-day Opt Out Period: All annual pass holders have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an annual pass refund. One month dues and a$60.00 service charge will be deducted from the annual pass refund amount at time of refund.
MONTH-TO-MONTH PASS
_____ For those individuals choosing the monthly payment option, a 30-day written notice is required to discontinue the EFT deduction.The$60.00 set up fee is non-refundable.
SUMMER PASS
_____ Valid Dates: For those individuals choosing to purchase a summer pass, dates will only be valid from May 15th through September 15th.
_____ Non-Refundable: For those individuals choosing to purchase a summer pass, the pass is non-refundable.
ALL MEMBERSHIPS
_____ Definition of a Family Member: A family constitutes at least one, no more than two, adult head of household and his/her dependents that are 23 years of age or younger in school or living at home. It also includes persons with special needs living as a single housekeeping unit at the same address.
_____ E-Mail Release: I do hereby grant permission to The Keller Pointe to share the email address on record with the record management company retained by The Keller Pointe for informational services for The Keller Pointe only. I understand that this email address will not be sold or released to any other entities.
By signing this Agreement, Member acknowledges that he/she has read the conditions and terms set forth herein and upon acceptance by the club, accepts this
agreement as a legal and binding contract.
