West Jordan Help
Terms & Conditions
You understand by signing this document that you agree to be bound by all the terms herein.
All reservations can be made between 7-365 days in advance.
All patrons requesting a reservation must have an Active-Net Account.
If you have a reservation for a team practice or game at one of our fields or for Pioneer Hall, liability insurance is required, and a copy of your COI is due at least 2 weeks prior to your first reservation. West Jordan City requires that your insurance limits be a minimum of 2 million per occurrence and 3 million aggregate.
If you have a half-day reservation from 8am-2pm at Pioneer Hall, you must fully vacate the facility by 2 PM to allow for cleaning for the next half-day reservation. If you require more time, you may extend your reservation to include the second half-day time slot (based on availability). Additional fees will apply.
No vehicles are allowed on any grassy area. No exceptions. Your group will be charged extra fees if you damage the grass or irrigation system.
Please clean up the pavilion when you are finished; all paper and food should be placed in trash containers located at the facility. Please use the recycling bins that are provided at each pavilion for your recyclable items. Cooking of food must be done in appropriate areas. Hot stoves, grills, or hibachis are not permitted on top of the picnic tables. Do not place hot coals in trash containers.
Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited in all City parks.
Athletic fields are available for public use when they are not already reserved.
Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a full refund all reservations must be canceled at least 2 weeks in advance. Reservations can be rescheduled, but not canceled if you are within the two-week window (based on availability).
If you decide to use food vendors, trucks, or trailers at your event (park or pavilion event, sports games or tournaments, etc.) you must send in a copy of their business license and a copy of their food handlers permit to West Jordan City Parks Department.
All facilities run on a first-come, first-serve basis unless there is a reservation with the exception of our West Jordan Youth Soccer Complex, which is reservation only.
Inflatables are not allowed at any city park or city facility. No exceptions. Subleasing of fields or other reservations is not allowed.
No practices are allowed at the West Jordan Youth Soccer Complex. No exceptions.
Field usage and reservations will be approved and based upon our priority scheduling, which can be found in our Facility Use Policy.
