Woods Cross City Recreation

Pavilions Rentals /Park Reservations 

Bounce house, inflatable toys and the like are permitted only with proof of a $1,000,000 insurance policy naming Woods Cross City as an additional insured. Please submit to City Hall one week prior to the reservation.

Reservation(s) may be subject to special use fee ($300.00) - for parties over 150 people. 

• No water activities in the park are permitted (no water slides, dunk booths, etc.)
• Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited within all Woods Cross City parks.
• Vehicles are not permitted on pathways or grass. 
• Do not dispose of hot ashes from barbecues in trash cans or on the grass.
• Trash cans are provided for your use; if your trash will not fit in the cans, please take it with you.
• Clean up around you when you are finished.
• Large barbecues or barbecue trailers are permitted only in the parking lot - they are not to be placed on the grass or concrete areas. 

Facilities Rentals

Please comply with the following: 

• Please do not bring in red-based and orange based punch, grape juice, or other fluids that could potentially stain carpets.
• Please do not tape or otherwise hang items on the walls or ceilings. The use of confetti, glitter, graphite, paint, haw, straw, corn stalks, grass, palm fonds, rice, bird seed, lighted candles, sparklers, live animals or open flames is prohibited in the building or on the grounds. 
• Please do not place hot dishes or pans on the tables or kitchen countertops. If a table is damaged, the replacement cost is approximately $250 per table. You will need to provide your own table covers.
• Please do not drag the tables across the floor; they must be lifted and carried to protect the carpet. 
• Please leave the Multipurpose Room, restrooms, and kitchen facilities clean. Cleaning supplies are located in the kitchen (under the sink), and the vacuum cleaner is in the storage room east of the kitchen. 
• Please take your trash out to the dumpster on the east side of the parking lot.
• Please put away all tables and chairs used.
• Please reassemble the conference table if taken apart. 
• No smoking, vaping, drugs, or drinking or alcoholic beverages or possession of the same will be permitted at any time. Also gambling is not allowed. 
• The rental of the city's multipurpose rooms to sell any products or service is prohibited, with the exception of Woods Cross City Community of Promise organizations. 
• Due to the sensitive heating and cooling system in the buildings, please do not leave any outside doors open. Please do not tamper with the thermostat.
• Before leaving please turn off all lights.
• Ensure the stove is off.
• Please lock the doors before leaving and ensure that they are closed.
