Insurance - The City of Ashland Parks & Recreation Department DOES NOT provide hospital and/or medical insurance coverage for people participating in sponsored activities and cannot assume responsibility for injury to any participants in its recreation programs. Participants are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage prior to the start of the program and to consult with a physician before participating in any strenuous activity.

Photo Policy - Please be advised that all participants involved in any department programs or special events are subject to possibly being photographed for promotional purposes. Such photographs may be used by Ashland Parks and Recreation without an obligation to provide compensation to those photographed.
